Jakob Ingebrigtsen doesn’t just break Daniel Komen’s 28-year-old world record in the 3000m, he SHATTERS it, running 7:17.55 to become the first athlete in history under 7:20 in the event. That’s 58.34 400m pace for 7.5 laps straight.
