Norway︱Journey to Nordkapp
From the southern coast of Norway to the Lofoten Islands, we experienced what I can only describe as a Viking’s voyage. From facing a sea God’s wrath on an infernal ferry ride to crossing the Arctic circle in blistery snow, we arrived at the Nordkapp just before the summer solstice and even managed to hike to Europe’s most northern point to call ourselves “kings of the world!” From icy roads to thunderous hailstorms, Thor showed no mercy on our adventure of a lifetime. Finally, bearing witness to the gates of Valhalla opening above a misty fjord, our reward of warmth and sunshine was granted, and we spent many nights basking in the midnight sun!
