Pezinok – Nordkapp – Bratislava | Part 13: Finland, Norway (full ride, POV)
We continue exactly where Part 12 ended – at a small roadside parking area along Road 92. This road takes us into Norway, and we continue all the way to the town of Karasjok, where we join the main Norwegian highway E6 and head further north. A roughly 7-kilometer section passes through a military area where filming and photography are prohibited – this part is therefore not included in the video. This episode ends just past the village of Lakselv, at a larger rest area by the Porsangerfjord, offering a nice view of the fjord and the surrounding landscape. During this stage, we see snow-covered mountains ahead for the first time. The landscape gradually changes – the lush vegetation that has accompanied us so far begins to alternate with lower and sparser growth. In higher elevations, vegetation disappears entirely. This is likely the transition zone between the taiga and the tundra, creating striking visual contrasts along the road. This section offers a mix of classic Lapland scenery and the first views of a Norwegian fjord. A peaceful drive through the sparsely populated far north – perfect for relaxation, background viewing, or as part of a virtual road trip into Arctic Norway.
