EP 11 - The Blood Road - Crossing the Arctic Circle On My Motorcycle
Day 11 - In this episode, I ride north through Mo I Rana, crossing the Arctic Circle and visiting the historic centre before continuing towards the Lofoten Islands. But this isn't just anouther road. Along this stretch of the E6 lies a story carved in blood and stone - a road built during the Second World War by Soviet and Yugoslav prisioners of war. Thousands suffered and died here, forsed to build what would become known as Blodveien - The Blood Road
