Vishy Anand made one of the biggest blunders of his chess career in his 8th round game against Mamedyarov at Norway Chess 2022. He made the move and realized immediately what he had done. So he waited for Mamedyarov to return and stretched out his hand in resignation. But Mamedyarov was surprised with Vishy's decision as he had not seen the winning move. Would Shakh have found the move? Most probably, yes! But should Vishy have resigned? We are not sure about that one! What are your thoughts. Let us know in the comments section below.
