US Shows Russia It Also Has Nuclear Weapons

A US Nuclear Submarine popped up in the Norwegian Sea in a show of force. The USS Tennessee can carry up to 20 nuclear weapons, and it’s traveling with an E-6B Mercury aka the Doomsday plane which handles nuclear command and control for the President. The US 6th fleet let this be known on Twitter, no intention was given for the revelation - but as Kendrick said “sometimes you just gotta pop out and show em”. A nuclear missile launched from the coast of Norway can reportedly reach Moscow in less than 2 minutes – so as one analyst put it “It’s a blunt signal to Russia”. Tensions between the two are the highest they’ve been since the Fall of 2022. This comes as the US has suspended all sales of the Patriot missile system and is now sending all of them to Ukraine instead and is also now allowing them to strike inside of Russia with US weapons.
