The Complete History of Adolf Hitler (1939-40)

On the 1st of September 1939 the biggest war in human history broke out as German troops marched into Poland. More than anyone else's this was Adolf Hitler's war. Then, now and forever will the conflict be associated with him, not Winston Churchill, Stalin or anyone else. But what was Hitler actually up to during those 6 years? I'll be finishing off my series on the life of Adolf Hitler in long form fashion. I'll cover every single year from 1939 till the end in the bunker in 1945, one after the other. This time, in 1939-40, we follow Hitler from Poland to France and then down to Italy and the Spanish border as he rushes between crisis to crisis. Why did Hitler want peace with Britain so badly? Why did Hitler choose to attack the Soviets? Why did Spain refuse to join the Axis? Why did Italy attack Greece and how did Hitler feel about it? I'll be answering all of those questions and far, far more in this video.
