Orkla ASA, a Norwegian industrial investment company which owns MTR Foods, on Wednesday said it has reorganized its Indian operations under one business entity - Orkla India, which is now one of the twelve autonomous portfolio companies.With this reorganization, three business units are created: MTR, Eastern, and International Business (IB).
