Defence Secretary Grant Shapps explains to Sky News why he's rejecting calls, including from within the Conservative Party, to scrap the Rwanda plan.

Mr Shapps says models suggest 99.5% of migration cases that are successfully challenged under current laws would not pass new legislation.
