In the wake of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, European Union countries undertook the gargantuan task of decoupling from Russian energy supplies. But while the Kremlin can no longer blackmail much of the European continent with its menacing talk of cutting off the flow of oil and gas, it can still make money by putting these resources on the European market one way or another. With news of Russian oil likely being funneled into Germany through India, the question is how effective the existing sanctions are, and what more can be done to hit Russia's oil and gas sector where it hurts. We were joined by Maciej Miniszewski from the Polish Economic Institute to explore the issue.
