Monday saw underwater explosions at two Nordstream gas pipelines. Many European leaders now suspect sabotage as the most likely cause. Some western leaders sense Valdimir Putin at work, given the timing of the explosions. It comes as no surprise then that the Kremlin has already dismissed any accusations.Though an investigation will need to be concluded before we know what truly was the cause. Nevertheless, tensions with Russia were already at an all time high, how does this recent event affect the standoff with Moscow?
