Russia is demonstrating the “spectrum of potential threats”, says FFI Research Director Espen Skjellan.

Russia is alleged to have carried out mock-bombing runs, routinely jamming Norway’s GPS signals and to have hacked the Norway parliament computer systems.

“We can also see it as in a way demonstrating the spectrum of potential threats," he said.
