The Philippine Ports Authority has suspended port service provider Ben Line Agency and the shore excursion agent Travelpeople Ltd. Inc.

This comes following the chaos involving the the MV Norwegian Jewel cruise ship at the Port of Manila on November 10 which went viral on social media.
