In the shell of his former shop that was hit in an Israeli strike in Rafah, Palestinian barber Tamer al-Shaer continues to practice his profession to make ends meet.

“Even though he only has simple equipment or tools I still come to get a shave” says one of his customers, as blades and products are hard to come by amid soaring prices due to limited supply caused by Israel’s ongoing assault on Gaza.
