A woman's $4600 NCL Prima cruise was canceled because she failed to pay $112 for bus transfers. NCL kept her $4600 citing their non payment policy. The woman engaged Consumer Rescue to assist in getting her money back. We covered this story a few days ago along with other cruise commentators. There is an update today as NCL has reached out to the woman with positive resolution.
