Norwegian energy giant Equinor sold its Nigerian assets to local company Chappal Energies for up to 1.2 billion U.S. dollars. The company plans to ramp up its international output by 100,000 barrels per day by 2030, focusing on new fields in Brazil, the UK, and the U.S.
