Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood says the Nordstream gas pipelines running between Russia and Germany have had three lines on the Baltic seabed damaged on Tuesday.
“Two leaks were found in the Nord Stream 1 pipeline in Swedish waters, and another leak was discovered in the Nord Stream 2 pipeline in Danish waters,” he said.
“Denmark's Prime Minister said the leaks were clearly caused by sabotage – and not the result of accidents."
Mr Greenwood said the volume of the escaping gas has forced authorities to impose a five nautical mile exclusion zone for shipping.
