Production capabilities of NATO countries are not enough even for Ukraine – so countries are actively building TNT and gunpowder plants. Including Finland, which desires to be able to produce more artillery shells in the following years to comply with its own needs and strengthen the NATO alliance simultaneously. This is no surprise as the threat of Russian aggression is literally in the air in the region of the Baltic Sea.
