NATO is developing multiple “land corridors” to rush US troops and armor to the front lines in the event of a war with Russia. American troops would land at one of five ports and be moved along a pre-planned logistical route to confront Russia. The current plan is to have US troops shipped to Rotterdam, and then take a train through Germany into Poland. But they are making other arrangements now fearing that Russia could bombard the Dutch ports. The other routes involve landing in Italy, Greece, Turkey, Norway, and the Balkans. France has been complaining about the bureaucracy involved in deploying troops across the continent so these new corridors would remove local regulation and allow countries to rush their troops to the border. NATO is also reformatting their logistics because having huge logistic bases like they did in Afghanistan and Iraq is no longer possible because they’re sitting targets against Russian missile attacks. This comes as Norway’s top general says NATO has two to three years to prepare for war with Russia.
