This week there was ANOTHER incident of a MAN OVERBOARD, and this time it was a Norwegian cruise ship in the Caribbean. The ship had departed the Bahamas, and was enroute to Miami when the emergency call came across the ship's announcements. My heart goes out to this individual, and their family.
