Royal Caribbean is one of the most popular and well known cruise brands in the world. Maybe even more so than Disney, Carnival, or NCL. They also recently launched the newest largest cruise ship in the world, the Icon of the Seas. On our recent cruise on the Independence of the Seas, which was "amplified" back in 2018, it became evident to me that not all Royal ships are the same when it comes to quality and upkeep.
