The cost of learning to drive varies drastically. In Germany, it's one of the most expensive, averaging €3,500 with strict requirements like an eye test, first aid course, and a minimum number of driving hours. Norway and Switzerland top the list at around €4,000. Some of the cheapest places to get a license: Bangladesh, India, Mexico.
