I believe most of this is self-explanatory, so I'm only going to expand on Frida's input to the famous cat dresses:

According to ABBA's official costume designer Owe Sandström, Frida came to him with some art of a Chinese dragon and asked him to create something similar in feline form. She is quoted as saying: "Sometimes I feel like a tiger." Sandström drew the now-iconic cats in the official colors of the Swedish flag (blue and yellow).
