A cruise ship has spent the entire cruise in the port of Tilbury unable to leave because of weather in the area. Norwegian cruise line not done cancelling cruise yet. World cruise set to kick off with gala featuring Kool and the Gang. carnival cruise line had big plans for party on July 4th 2026.
