Once quiet creeks were turned into raging torrents of water as over a foot of rain fell across areas of western South Carolina on Nov. 7, 2024. Robert's swamp, which is nothing more than just a small creek. The driver plunged suddenly into the creek at night, as it appeared that the road was only covered, not completely gone. #southcarolina #flood #flooding #rescue
