I needed a new petticoat, and wanted to show you how I draft my petticoat pattern! In this tutorial, I use "The Keystone Jacket and Dress Cutter" from 1895, which you can read for free here: https://archive.org/details/keystonejacketdr00heck/mode/1up?ref=ol&view=theater
