The world is paying too little attention to multiple mass displacements of people across Africa. This global apathy risks prolonging conflicts, putting millions at risk of starvation, violence and death. That's according to a new report from the Norwegian Refugee Council, arguing there is a 32 billion dollar shortfall in aid budgets for these mass displacements, which rarely even make headlines.
