Norwegian Viva, the next Prima-class ship for NCL was floated out at the shipyard in Italy on Tuesday. Carnival Cruise Line has repeatedly updated its pre-cruise COVID testing requirements, backtracking on earlier guidance. Norwegian Cruise Line will be rolling out a fixed main dining room menu in 2023, first debuting on Norwegian Prima this fall.
