Royal Caribbean Group (RCL) cruise lines Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises have announced that they are dropping vaccine requirements for guests in select destinations on September 5, 2022. There are still certain restrictions in place for unvaccinated guests that are sailing to islands like Grand Cayman.
